Shipping & Delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and Freight. Shipping rates are subject to change going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Freight addresses are confirmed by our shipping team at the time the order is ready to ship. Additional fees are due if an alternate ship to address is requested while the freight is en route. Freight will be held at the nearby terminal until the fee is paid by the customer. Freight carriers only drop off curbside, they will not bring the shipment into your garage, home, or facility. All freight shipments require a valid telephone number. You will be contacted in advance by the carrier to make sure you are present to receive the shipment. If the freight carrier cannot reach you, your order will only be held at the nearby terminal for 48 hours before accumulating storage fees. You will be responsible for the storage fees and return shipping fees if you are unable to receive the shipment.
