Return & Exchange Policy
Once payment is processed, orders can only be returned for store credit. You may return most items in new condition, sold and fulfilled by EZ Fit Outlet, within 30 days of receipt for store credit only, less shipping and handling. Contact us within that timeframe if any product you received is damaged. There will be a 30% restocking fee for any returned items. Store credit is processed once products are received in house and are accounted for. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of customer receipt. Exchanges will need to be sent back to EZ Fit Outlet at the customers expense. If the error is on behalf of EZ Fit Outlet, then EZ Fit Outlet will cover the shipping cost. Pre order items and product made to order cannot be refunded. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. No price adjustments will be made if item purchased has gone on sale.Â
